Message dated and received May 17 was read, stating the Governor                                    
signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 263(RLS) "An Act                                                   
          relating to the subsequent acquisition of title to, or an                                 
          interest in, real property by a person to whom the                                        
          property has purportedly been granted in fee or fee
